Kaye-Smith utilizes some of the most highly sophisticated intelligent mail
processing technology available in the industry. State-of-the-art file based
Pitney-Bowes inserters are driven by logic developed internally. Utilizing a
file based mail processing system, Kaye-Smith is able to verify that the
correct person received the correct material.
This is accomplished by matching a mail file with a unique two dimensional (2D)
bar code, which lets us determine exactly what pieces have been inserted. Upon
completion of an insertion job we run an Auto Job Reconciliation Report, which
summarizes the run count.
