Kaye-Smith is solely owned by Kaye-Smith Enterprises.

As a software company, Kaye-Smith developed an on-line, real-time Supply Chain/Inventory Management
system considered the most sophisticated and robust in the industry today.
Rapsedi (pronounced Rhapsody) provides customers with interactive access and
instant status on their inventory. It also allows the capability to
electronically place releases for shelf stock (finished goods) or to access an
electronic archive and request materials on-demand from our digital output
equipment. Through Rapsedi, each and every transaction is tracked; inventory
monitored and expenses cost allocated live and in real time.
As a manufacturing company, our main operation is located in Renton, Washington. This facility occupies
over 150,000 square feet of manufacturing, storage and fulfillment space
operating 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our Portland, Oregon operations include
another 50,000 square feet of manufacturing, storage and fulfillment space, and
serves as our exclusive disaster recovery/business continuity facility.
